LD-Sinter 165 - Sintering furnace

is a furnace fully programmable and fully adaptable to all zircon materials on the market today.
Keeping in mind the importance of space in the laboratory. LD-Sinter 165 was designed with the firing unit and power unit built in one. The firing chamber is lined with isolating material and the chamber opening is sealed by a smoothing moving mechanical lift.

- Active cooling
         Furnace blows air into the sinter chamber (needs air pressure connection)

- Automatic Degassing
         A unique procedure of degassing for maximum purity and enhancedment of the color precision of the zircon.

- High Speed Heating Elements 
         Heating up with 70 degree/minutes
